The Giants have been in San Francisco for over 60 years, and in the neighborhood since 2000. The team is about more than providing world-class, family entertainment on game days. The Giants and the Port of San Francisco lead the effort in transforming a large, windswept parking lot into tomorrow’s bright new neighborhood for all.

Founded in 1978, Tishman Speyer is an active owner, developer, operator and fund manager across the United States, Europe, Latin America and Asia. Tishman Speyer has developed approximately 2,100 homes (524 affordable) in San Francisco and owns and operates over 2.4 million square feet of commercial space in the Bay Area.
